Ophiuchus – The New Zodiac Sign

Is Ophiuchus The New Astrological Sign?

Recently people have been clamoring to the internet to find out about this latest discovery with the astrological signs. It seems that there are now 13 zodiac signs instead of the 12 we have known.

The 13th sign is called Ophiuchus and is for people born between the dates of November 30th to Dec 17th. Ophiuchus, is also known as Serpentarius and is displayed as an image of a staff and serpent. This symbol has been used widely by the medical community for years.

What if you were a Gemini all your life and now they say that your actually a Taurus?

The biggest concern with people is that they have now to change their sign. This is nothing to be alarmed over because the new sign would be adapted starting November 2009. Many people are very devoted to their astrological sign and would not be too fond of changing it.

People have become somewhat attached to their sign and going as far as wearing astrology sign jewelry, t-shirts and even getting their sign tattooed on their bodies. According to historians and astrologers the thirteenth sign was known of all the way back in the times of the Babylonians. The Babylonians discarded this sign to stay with the 12 signs as we have known all of our lives.

So why did this all happen? According to expert astrologers the earths axis has tilted over all these years causing what they are now referring to as “Earth Wobble.”

Most people won’t pay this whole thing too much attention because of their existing sign and the desire to simply keep it. However, there are many people have been curious with what their new sign is.
