Things Got Bad and Things Got Worse

Things Got Bad and Things Got Worse

If you have been thinking well, if things got bad and then they got worse, this is when it will change! Probably not; the big expansive mind of humans seem to gravitate back to look for a place where it was not this bad!

When things begin to feel worse than before, it is sometimes difficult to imagine that the best solution is to become the surgeon in your own life and cut something out, thereby ensuring there will be greater pain and God knows what to recover.

It’s like wanting something really badly that we can’t really afford. We don’t want to end the time payment plan and get hit with the entire bill at one time. We seek out a way to survive what is happening; a way to survive the latest head-on collision in our life journey.

Truth is, when we are trapped in a deep emotional relationship with denial and delusion, we can’t afford a time payment plan. Surgery is the only way to survive. If you are not willing to perform the surgery, expect a few more head-on collisions in your life path.

There are many, many successful people who rise to the pinnacle of their profession and can’t hold the line. They come crashing back to the bottom for one reason or another. If you look deeper, you will probably learn that they have the same companions, denial and delusion. They never really expected to be at the top and even worse, they felt like a fraud when they arrived. Why? The doubts and fears that invited denial and delusion into their life remain firmly in control; there to always remind them of what they ‘really are’ or how lucky they are to have such bad companions in their life.

When this happens, panic and chaos quickly ensue. Your life is suddenly controlled by events you believe you have no control over. Is there something in your life causing panic and chaos right now? Have you identified the real culprit?

Panic and chaos usually occur when we have a deep emotional attachment to the outcome of some event or situation. Are you able to put everything in motion that you can control and then let go? It is a great act of faith to do this. And yet, it is the only available option. If you have done everything you can do, and have examined why you are doing it, believing it is for the right reasons, you have little choice except to let go of the outcome and have faith that the final determination is in some manner, maybe even one you cannot see, the right outcome for you and your path.

Panic and anxiety attacks have a root cause. Can you identify the root cause of yours? We are back to facing the big bully on the playground of life. Fear has raised his ugly head again and has taken control of our responses to life. When this happens, it is imperative to find a way to re-balance and kick him to the curb. Time to invite faith in the front door; faith in your right choices, faith in the outcome you desire.

No one has the right to steal your peace of mind. It is your dream, your journey and you are the dreamer. Focus your energy and attention back to the path you desire to walk. And then, keep the faith that you will arrive safely, because you will.
