Cry, Puke and Get The Bad Stuff Over And Done

Life does not need to be a chore all the time, but it does need to be a chore some of the time. That is when you need to cry, puke and then go ahead with what you need to do, without procrastination. After all, procrastination when it comes to important things that need to be done is a futile exercise that leads to misery and destruction all around if left unchecked.

Logically, and emotionally, the best way to deal with life is head on in every respect instead of weakly avoiding: So when I say in the title, “cry, puke and get the bad stuff over and done”, that is exactly what I mean. Crying, misery admission and throwing up is a part of the process too before getting things done. Doing those processes gets the reservation about the effort and work out anyway.

After those processes, what needs to get done, gets done in ideal circumstances. Winning starts with beginning? Well, when doing something needed, it has to be done professionally and well, without reservation or game playing, so crying, throwing up and getting all the bad emotions out is the best way to deal with things, is it not? Not everyone may agree, but I definitely believe that it is in every way the best way to deal with what we need to do in an effective way. Remove all bad emotion from the equation and then just get it all done.

So, as I said, in life, there are many things that we all want to do, but it is the things that we need to do that are usually the hardest to work with. So, cry, throw up or puke and get it over with because it is a necessity on your to do “laundry list”. The job of everybody to get what they want is to do what needs to be done to get it, indeed, when I say quotes like “We all love to win, but who loves to train?”, that is exactly what I mean. Real achievement is marked by doing what needs to be done, then achieving what we genuinely want, so, in life we must work at it all, the needs and the wants in order to get a total desire achieved.

The genuine good is only achieved by doing the necessary “bad stuff we do not want to do” anyway. The key to genuine motivation starts with understanding the total facts, good and bad and then acting accordingly and realistically.
