Lexus IS F-Sport LED Fog Lights

Lexus IS F-Sport LED Fog Lights

Lexus has one of the most popular performance level trims in the automotive industry known as the Lexus F that is a high performance division of their flagship vehicles. Some of these supercars include the ISF and the LFA, which have taken the industry by storm. A separate trim line, called the F-sport was introduced in 2007 and includes performance accessories and specialized badges with all kinds of interior and exterior upgrades. Many drivers actually opt to upgrade to the factory F-sport models because of their aggressive look and handling. The F-package trim has a huge fan base full of car pros and novices alike. The aggressive styling with the Lexus spindle grille makes the car especially noticeable as well. Even to non-car fans, the F-Sport styling is pretty identifiable. Some flagship models include the IS and GS that have the optional aggressive performance trim.

One of the most popular F-sport models in the Lexus lineup is the IS250 and the IS350 with the majority of buyers opting for that performance package. While the F-package has gotten pretty rave reviews, one feature that is notably missing from the United States version is actually a set of working LED fog lights. This is actually quite peculiar since the Japanese IS F-sport package comes with standard fog lights and is actually quite a deviation from the norm. This missing component actually comes as a chagrin to many IS owners because the overall appearance looks like it's missing an important part. This is quite unusual because the performance trim is usually a class of its own, so the peculiarity of the lack of factory fog lamps is something that owners desperately want to fix.

Fortunately, there is an aftermarket set of IS F-Sport LED fog lights available as an add-on installation that is quite the lifesaver. This upgrade gives the car quite a Japanese performance look and the best part is that there is none the wiser! This upgrade is known as OEM fit F-package fog lights and it sits perfectly on the lower bumper where the normal factory equipped fog lamps are supposed to go.

With OEM style aftermarket upgrades, it's fairly easy nowadays to get that factory look without having to pay a premium. While some people may be apprehensive about aftermarket products, the ones that are catered to luxury vehicles like this one are able to have an OEM factory effect.
