Ungrateful People

Ungrateful People

Ungrateful people complain about the one thing that you haven’t done for them instead of being thankful for the thousand thing you’ve done for them. As you get older and wiser you realize that when people are given anything without having to earn it, they become ungrateful and lazy. Unknowingly, we turn them into parasites.

Ungrateful people are always negative. They cannot appreciate the beauty in patience and hardworks. They keep on fretting even if you have given your best to them. Who are martyrs nowadays? No one gets any pleasure from giving to an ungrateful person. When you show appreciation, the object of your attention blossoms and flourishes.

A grateful person is always contented. They don’t demand for more. They appreciate every single thing that you give/do to them. An ungrateful person suffers in the poverty of endless discontentment. It’s like a cancer. A complaining tongue reveals an ungrateful heart because they always forget what they are not grateful for.

Ingratitude is a kind of weakness. Ungratefulness is even worst than a cancer. It eats away at your soul blinding your heart and eyes to the beauty and miracles that are all around us each day in our lives. Never let ungrateful remarks prevent you from doing what you feel is right and good. Let God be your judge.

Spoiled people live rotten lives. Sometimes our wants or needs have nothing to do with being ungrateful and everything to do with making a mistake. It’s normal for us to become unhappy for a while due to how circumstances in life treat us, but it is ungodly for us to be ungrateful for these circumstances that make us unhappy.

Sometimes it’s better to move on than to hold on to a person who doesn’t understand you. Sometimes your absence will teach what your presence cannot. It’s sad how quickly people can forget about you until they want something from you. People never remember the million times you help them, only the one time that you don’t.

When you’re always there for people they stop appreciating you because your favors become an expectation. They won’t appreciate you for your efforts because they expect that it’s just normal to you to help. If they don’t appreciate you, they don’t deserve you. People don’t appreciate the things you do for them until you stop doing it.

Sometimes being nice isn’t always the best thing. When you realize that you’re constantly treating a person a lot better than they treat you, it’s time to make a change. You can be the nicest person, try your best to please everyone, but at the end of the day all your efforts will still go unappreciated!

Life is full of ironies. The people who hurt you, hate you, despise you, look for faults in you now are the ones who may need you later on. Don’t give everything to a person that isn’t giving you anything. That’s life. Just don’t become bitter because of it.
