Loral Langemeier is the founder of Live Out Loud which is another personal development and coaching/mentoring company. A lot of you will probably recognize her as the Money Makeover Expert on the Dr. Phil Show. Never the less, Loral Langemeier is a highly acclaimed success coach and financial genius and even claims to have helped over 600 people to become millionaires.
The main focus of Live Out Loud is real estate. Like so many other real estate guru’s, Loral Langemeier fails to go into great detail about how to actually make your real estate business work. It’s directed more toward philosophy, attitude and buying more of her products so you can really become an expert, sound familiar? I’ve said this a lot and I’m going to say it again. When it comes to real estate, there is no get rich quick formula. Real estate is hard work and has a steep learning curve.
Here’s an email that was sent to me by a concerned reader. It might give you a new perspective:)
You should know that I have been through Lorals programs with the utmost commitment and at the highest possible level. I spent over $130,000.00 on Live Out Loud programs in 2 years time. Lorals husband, Karl Logrecco personally recruited me into the “Head of the Table” program (which no longer exists) and I worked personally with Loral , Bob Proctor, and Mark Meyerdirk – her partners.
Karl Logrecco recruited me with false promises about making sure that a start up business I had (Lorals cash machines) would get funded through Live Out Loud. Loral always promises a lot and delivers little to nothing. Several times she went back on her word and promises. Same for Bob Proctor. Mark Meyerdirk – her legal counsel – saw the writing on the wall and pulled out.
As for Loral’s “Best selling books” she knows the game. She buys books herself, her company buys them, and she pressures Live Out Loud members to buy cases of books so that she can reach the “Best seller” mark. Loral cares about Loral. She professes to care about making millionaires – HAH! Few if any have become millionaires by following Lorals advice. Many more, like me have learned that scam artists come in all sizes and shapes. I am not alone in this assessment. Business Professionals, Professors, Lawyers, etc…have all been scamed by the self proclaimed Millionaire Maker. Please refrain from referring Loral or Live Out Loud to others.
